Danielle Stolzenberg, Psychology

Danielle Stolzenberg is an assistant professor of psychology and studies how experiences across the lifespan affect the brain and behavior, with a focus on maternal behavior.

At her Epigenetics of Maternal Behavior Lab, Stolzenberg studies the epigenetics of maternal behavior through behavioral, neuropharmacological, neuroanatomical, molecular and genetic techniques. Her current research is in how structural remodeling of chromatin and altered gene expression affect and are affected by maternal responsiveness.
